By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to these terms. These terms cover the mobile applications published by Jure Sršen, including Tinnitus Notch and Calm Dog. Astro93 has its own dedicated terms of use.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Google Play terms.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage and cancel them in your Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Apps, reverse engineer them except as permitted by law, or use them in any unlawful way.
Disclaimer & liability
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. They are wellness tools, not medical devices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated terms.
