By using Tinnitus Notch you agree to these terms. The app is a relaxation and wellbeing tool — not a medical device. Premium features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play.

These terms are between you and Jure Sršen ("we"), the provider of the Tinnitus Notch app. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

What the app is (and isn't)

Tinnitus Notch plays "notched" sound — gentle noise and ambience with a chosen frequency reduced — for relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional advice. Consult a doctor or audiologist about tinnitus or any hearing concern.

Listen safely

Use a comfortable, low volume, and take breaks. Prolonged or loud listening can harm hearing. You are responsible for the volume at which you use the app.
