By using Astro93 you agree to these terms. The app is an astrology companion for reflection and entertainment. PRO features are sold through Google Play as an auto-renewing subscription, with an optional one-time purchase.

These terms are between you and Jure Sršen ("we"), the provider of the Astro93 app. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

What the app is (and isn't)

Astro93 calculates natal charts and transits and offers AI-written readings, for personal reflection and entertainment. Interpretations are generated by AI and are not deterministic predictions, and are not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

Free tier & PRO

• The free tier provides the natal chart, daily transits, and the lunar calendar, computed on your device.
• PRO unlocks the AI readings (daily briefing, tap-to-interpret, and the full natal analysis) for you plus additional people.
• PRO is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly and annual plans) and may include a free trial. If a trial is offered, you won't be charged during it.
• A one-time "natal analysis" purchase unlocks a single profile's downloadable document without a subscription.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of any free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends. The one-time purchase is non-recurring.
• Prices may vary by region and may change over time, with notice as required. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

Intellectual property

The app and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Bundled fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute its content.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee any particular result or the accuracy or suitability of any interpretation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
