Privacy Policy

The short version: Astro93 keeps your birth details on your device — there is no account and nothing to sign up for. A few features send only what's needed to do their job: turning a place name into coordinates, generating your PRO readings (via our EU-hosted proxy, which stores no reading content), and managing subscriptions. There are no ads, no analytics, and no trackers.

This policy explains how the Astro93 mobile app ("the app", "we") handles information. The app is provided by Jure Sršen (the "data controller"). Questions: jure-publishing@agentmail.to.

Information stored only on your device

Saved locally using your device's standard app storage. It is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and is removed when you delete a profile or uninstall the app:

• Birth profiles — name, birth date, birth time (or "time unknown"), birthplace, its coordinates, and time zone.
• Preferences — house system, aspect and transit orbs, theme.
• Cached readings and the day's transit data, so the app works offline.

Information processed by third parties

Used only to provide the feature you request:

• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — when you search for a birthplace, the text you type is sent to look up coordinates. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
• AI readings (PRO readings only) — to generate a briefing or interpretation, the app sends the derived chart data (planet positions and aspects computed from your birth details), the day's transits, and the profile's preferred name to our proxy server (hosted on Supabase, EU region), which forwards them to a language-model provider via OpenRouter to produce the text. Sent over HTTPS; not used to build a profile of you. We do not store the content of these requests; our server keeps only an anonymous purchase identifier and daily request counts to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse. • RevenueCat — for subscriptions and the one-time purchase, RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, anonymous app-user identifier, your purchase/entitlement status, and basic device and platform information. It does not receive your name or email. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
• Google Play Billing — Google processes any payment; we never see or store your payment details.

What we do not do

The app contains no advertising, no analytics or measurement SDKs, no trackers, and no login or user accounts. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Legal basis & your rights (GDPR/EEA)

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is performance of the service you request (geocoding, AI readings) and the subscription contract, plus our legitimate interest in operating the app. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to object to processing. Most data lives on your device — erase it any time by deleting a profile, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling. For subscription records held by RevenueCat or Google, contact us at the email above (include the Support ID shown in the app's Settings screen) and we will assist, or contact those providers directly.

Data retention & international processing

On-device data is kept until you remove it. Data processed by Nominatim, OpenRouter, RevenueCat and Google is retained under their own policies and may be processed on servers outside your country, including outside the EEA, under appropriate safeguards.

Children

Astro93 is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be reflected in the app or here.

Astro93 is an astrology app for reflection and entertainment. Interpretations are generated by AI from your chart and are not deterministic predictions, nor medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
