By using Calm Dog you agree to these terms. The app plays gentle, looping sounds to help a pet feel more at ease during stressful moments. Premium features are sold through Google Play as an auto-renewing subscription.

These terms are between you and Jure Sršen ("we"), the provider of the Calm Dog app. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

What the app is (and isn't)

Calm Dog is a comfort and wellbeing tool for pets and the people who look after them. It is not a medical or veterinary product, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for veterinary advice. Every animal reacts differently, and we do not promise any particular result. If your pet is distressed, unwell, or not coping, speak to your vet.

Using the app safely

• Play the sounds at a comfortable level. Pets hear a far wider frequency range than we do, so start quiet and watch how your pet responds.
• Never leave a pet confined with a device where it could be chewed, knocked over, or overheat.
• Stop using the app if your pet seems more agitated with it than without it.

Free tier & Premium

• The free tier includes the Sleep preset and the preset matching the main trigger you choose during setup. Free listening sessions run up to 30 minutes for your trigger preset and 10 minutes otherwise.
• Premium unlocks all five presets and the two-sound Mixer, and removes the session limit.
• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly and annual plans) and may include a free trial. Where a trial is offered, the app says so before you subscribe, and you are not charged during it.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of any free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Prices may vary by region and may change over time, with notice as required. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

Intellectual property

The app and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute its sounds or content.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that it will calm any particular animal.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
