Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the mobile applications published by Jure Sršen ("we", "us"), including Tinnitus Notch and Calm Dog (the "Apps"). It explains what information the Apps handle and how. Astro93 has its own dedicated privacy policy.
Information we collect
The Apps are designed to work without accounts and to keep your data on your device. Specifically:
- Settings you choose (e.g., your selected tinnitus frequency, preferred sounds, or timer settings) are stored locally on your device only. We do not receive them.
- We do not require registration and do not collect your name, email, or contact details unless you choose to email us for support.
Purchases and subscriptions
If you buy a subscription, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing and managed through our payments provider RevenueCat. We receive anonymized purchase and subscription status (e.g., whether a subscription is active) so the App can unlock paid features and restore purchases. We never receive your full payment card details.
Analytics and diagnostics
The Apps do not include third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. Google Play may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics about installs and crashes.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with the service providers named above (Google Play, RevenueCat) strictly to operate the Apps, and as required by law.
Children
The Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can clear locally stored settings by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Google Play account.

The Apps are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Consult a qualified professional for medical advice.
